We are 100% client focussed company and all our growth has been due to stellar award winning design and engineering work and word of mouth publicity. We deliver our work on a day to day basis and we invoice our clients every 15 days with 15 more days to pay for the invoice so if there are any issues they will come up right away. We started having issue with this client when we stopped our engagement due to several unpaid invoices as well verbal abuse from them to our employees. Later they asked us for full refund of all the work done blaming that it was bad QA on our side though the truth was that their product and company were not going anywhere. Keeping the client happy is number one goal of lognllc and we did waive one our their invoices to keep them happy but later we found out that we were stuck with an unsuccessful startup and founders who are known for extorting money from consulting companies like us and other bigger companies.
The name of the client's company was Telesocial and the founders were Eric Stone and Bill Wayetna.
