SUMMARY OF COMPLAINTS: Advanced fees, a failure to properly understand and share work requirements among colleagues involved with project, an array of misleading statements, missed deadlines, graphic design flaws, bouts of sheer incompetence and JUST POOR -- customer service.

On or about 6/22/2010 Logo Design Pros (LDP) was hired to modify a single logo for me.

1st COMPLAINT: LDP demanded the entire billing amount upfront without any percentage of work having been achieved.

2nd COMPLAINT: After having provided LDP with precise details of the modified logo design I needed there were repeated episodes among colleagues as to what my requirement actually consisted of, forcing me to explain the requirement over-and-over again to each account representative filling in for the other, a remarkable breakdown in the uniformity of service.

3rd COMPLAINT: LDP continuously throughout the service process failed to return phone calls concerning my complaints of their poor quality of service, usually stating that the person(s) I desired to have spoken with during the time was either in a meeting or not around altogether, especially Simon Smith, LDP's manager who collected the UPFRONT payments for the requirement, hardly ever around for anything but taking monies upfront.

4th COMPLAINT: LDP on numerous occasions made promises to complete revision designs on certain dates and times and FAILED miserably, usually 99.9 percent of the time, and then began revisiting work requirements or citing technical problems in an attempt to excuse their actions.

5th COMPLAINT: Despite having been provided with the precise results desired in workmanship LDP provided me with one design in particular that contained a background canvas after being specifically told I needed only transparent canvases. Not until I provided LDP with a sample of the kind of transparent canvas I actually needed (from a competitive source) that LDP could figure out how to construct the requirement. The requirement for a "transparent background" is easily understood by most designers in the graphic design industry, LDP had a hard time trying to add a transparent background to a white image whereas their competitor, LOGO MOJO succeeded on a 1st request, without any issues or follow-on questions involved.

LDP also had extensive difficulty in sending standard image file formats that most Windows applications would open, and cited limitations on their file delivery mechanisms and/or software application, which seemed to have been rather ineffective, or antiquated for handling LARGE multiple files.

6th COMPLAINT: LDP's CUSTOMER SERVICE was grossly poor, and I never received the completed files of my requirement. My experience with LDP was so awful and humiliating until I didn't want to proceed any further listening to their misleading statements, encountering missed deadlines, engaging ridiculously heated discussions or enduring more of their blatant incompetence. THE GENERAL COMPLAINTS LEVERAGED AGAINST LDP ON THE INTERNET AS WELL AS THE UNANSWERED COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THE INCIDENTS OCCURRED TO SOME DEGREE IF NOT ALL. How LDP remains in business with such a mendacious-demeanor remains a mystery to me. Then they'd THE NERVE to say, "'we look forward to doing business with you in the future.'" PLeeze!!!

LOGO DESIGN PROS EMPLOYEES' INVOLVED:
1. Simon Smith, Title: Manager
2. Greg Adams, Title: Account Representative
3. Alan Brown, Title: Account Representative
4. Kenneth Falco, Title: Account Representative
5. Joseph Lewis, Title: Account Representative
6. Lewis Dias, Title: Account Representative

* Due to ALL the SIMILAR complaints leveraged against Logo Design Pros I would STRONGLY encourage the State Attorney General's Office of Delaware to look into such complaints, and to check on LDP's status as a business entity because I couldn't find them in the state's business listing.
