Steve has obviously lost his cool and I have been advised to report the threats to authorities and I will rest my case on this topic at this point and let legal action bring justice.

Once again, Tim Schmidt of Elite Serum is posting lies.
We've defended our case accurately.
Tim Schmidt (www.timshady.net) will post again, I'm sure of it, continuing to spread malicious lies and false accusations. That's fine. He'll eventually reap what he sows.

Ummmm, not sure what this hot head is talking about, I simply paid him for a logo design that went extremely wrong, and now I'm getting threats. I just got this one last night from Steve Carlson. Notice the professionalism.

I'm 6' 2" - 210. Not sure how that is considered short. Fully ripped and ready to beat a little nub like you. :)

Not sure what a "troll" is either? I don't spend time on Internet message boards so the "being banned" certainly does not relate to me or my company. I have only posted about being ripped off by logo dog and will continue to do so as long as he continues to mock me - THE CUSTOMER.
At any rate, this person is ruining his own reputation by continuing to argue with the facts and by making threats. If I save one consumer from doing business with this entity, God bless.

Tim Schmidt, aka "Tim Shady", www.timshady.net, www.beachmarketing.com, www.eliteskin.com, www.eliteserum.com, has been banned from several boards due to his libelous activity. He enlists "friends" to post lies to back up his story, who in-turn, also get banned. He's a TROLL.
He's pretty familiar with the ripoffreport process, due to his "company" being reported.

I took my dispute to ripoff report, bbb, and other sites for consumers since the provider, Steve Carlson, has not replied to any of my inquiries. He was "in meetings" all day yesterday and has yet to reply to my emails. When someone you pay $500 to doesn't reply to phone and email inquiries, I'm afraid that's the last resort. Instead, he's played childish games and posted my email address, phone number, and address on this site for all to see.
He has since defended his designs here, but that doesn't change the fact that they weren't what I (the customer) was looking for. Again, when I told Steve his designs weren't what I was looking for, he blamed me for "lack of information." Instead of working with me, he went on a tangent and sent me his ridiculous policy. Not someone I want to continue to work with being he can't reply to the basis of my inquiry, which was that the logos were not up to my satisfaction level. If I';m not satisfied, and the service provider isn't replying to me, what are my options? I simply had to come here and start my dispute, hopefully it ends here.
Anyone looking for credibility I invite you to compare neighborhoods, since Steve has been so nice in posting addresses for all to see. Zillow is a nice tool for that.

Tim Schmidt hired our firm to design a logo for a skin care business he's associated with.

We supplied this client with impeccable service, accurate design samples, and friendly customer service.
The client simply didn't like the samples provided and demanded a refund. Our terms of service clearly explain our refund policy. He was not willing to comply with the terms he agreed to.
Bottom line, we provided the service as purchased, he simply didn't like the samples, which offered solid solutions to his logo design needs.
He's enlisted a few of his blog buddies to publish libelous content. They'll learn that a friendship with Tim Schmidt is a costly one.
