This company used to be run properly and a person could make a living. They have become the most bullying, rotten, discriminatory, racist company I have ever worked for. They allow a non-English speaking staff to read your articles and critique them, even though they have no command of the language. They then allow such individuals to verbally abuse you when you attempt to address these issues. The customer service staff is rude, hateful, makse racist remarks and those who handle the live chat hang up on you when they cannot effectively communicate with you do to THEIR lack of English speaking skills.

When you e-mail Richard Ramos to report this type of treatment he utterly ignores you. Me and one other person have recently been retaliated against because we dared to challenge a rude, nasty-tongued woman named Janet, who sent articles back that were flawless and claimed it wasn't her fault because the clients were "Chinese or Turkish" and didn't understand the text in the articles. Why is that the writers fault? Isn't that up to the STAFF to explain to the "Chinese or Turkish" clients who don't understand English grammar that the articles are perfect? What can the writer do about it? Educate Turkish and Chinese clients about the rules of English grammar?

It is absolutely atrocious that writers who produce perfect articles and make money for this company have their articles returned to them because the clients don't speak English. If that isn't bad enough, the staff at London Brokers tells their writers in so many words to "shut up and go away" when incidents like this happen. No one is helpful, no one is polite, no one even bothers to try to assist a writer to get to the bottom of an issue, and when you dare to challenge this rude, uneducated, non-English speaking, inconsiderate staff, they block you from the queue and you can't claim articles. They also breach the terms and conditions of the writer-company contract on a weekly basis by never paying on time. When you complain about this, you also get hung up on or told to shut up. Their staff is a disgrace and should hang their heads in shame.

Avoid this company like the plague. They are the nastiest people on the face of the earth and are losing writers every day because of it, but they don't care. In my humble opinion, Richard Ramos is running this company into the ground very successfully!
