Lone Star Comics - Never received the order and could not get any answer from their customer service. Internet, Internet
I live in Turkey. The only way for me to buy English comics is internet stores. I buy from amazon.com at least three times/month without any problems. Unfortunately, they do not have everything in their stocks so I tried Lone Star Comics this time.
I ordered some comic books on 2009-09-23 from www.mycomicshop.com.
My order number is 0923-7562-5117.
It's been two months now and I did not receive the package. I've been trying to contact their customer service with e-mail but I could not get any answer.
Same thing had happened about two months ago for another order again from Lone Star. They had answered my mails and solved my problem by sending the above mentioned order as areplacement.( What I did not understand is that why the Lone Star packages are getting lost every time. Nothing happened to Amazon's for almost 7 years.)
But this time they do not even answer. As far as I know the package must be insured. But since I can not contact with them, it means nothing to me.
I need your help in this matter.
