Frank Lacko representing LSS approached me as I was arriving home. He used flattery tactics which included touching me and then pressured me into purchasing magazines toward his winning a trip to Cancun. Since I was alone, I complied rather than arguing.

I submitted the required documentation to cancel the subscription within the 3 days of purchase and have not received the refund. This is a shameful business in this time of need.
