Today September 25, 2002, I received a phone call from Jason whom I had been dealing with all month long. He immediatly became upset telling me he is tired of me avoiding him. When I asked what did he mean he states he has been leaving messages for me to call.

He stated that on our last conversation which was September 18th, 2002, he had wanted a fax number from me. I explained to him that what he said was in order to obtain a deferal ( which after 4 months of being 1 month behind was just offered) could not be done till next month due to Long Beach being out of Deferal papers! Well, he then said that does not matter now he wanted a payment today or he would have someone out here now to repo my car.

I explained that I do not have any money in the bank today to give him a check by phone and would not till September 30th. I also told hime I am learie of doing this again due to the trouble last month with a check by phone. I gave authorization on August 24th,2002 and even by September 18th no payment had been done. We found that due to the bank account #'s were wrong and not one soul called me to find out the correct #'s. In fact when the payment by phone was made the guy never even asked anything.

Jason became angry and told me he was reporting my car to be repo'd today and slammed the phone down. I then called back, requesting his supervisor and got a Stephanie on the line. I foung she is not his supervisor and would transfer me to Kim who is Jason's supervisor. While waiting Jason got on the line told me "If you cause me any trouble I will personally sue you and your husband" then waited about 2 1/2 minutes before placing me back on hold. I requested his supervisor to pull the tape recording if the call was taped and listen.

I do not like being threatend this way and even though Kim is helping me I am still going to report this company to the Federal Trade commission. I am also contacting all of the car dealers in Roseville automall to advise them of this company and if needed I will contact Call 3 news reporters to have them investigate this company.
