Everyone that deals with Long Beach Acceptance GET A COPY OF YOUR ITEMIZED STATEMENT. I sent two letters reminding them of my consumer rights to examine my account and made a HUGE discovery. My loan payments have NOT been applied to my principle balance! According to there records I've made about 4 payments when I have actually made 20 payments!
