As the office manager of Longwood Dental Group, I would like to make some important clarifications. Kathleen has been a patient of Longwood Dental Group for the past 3 months. She had treatment completed at our office at the end of March 2004. As of today, her insurance company has paid their portion, and Kathleen still has an unpaid balance, that is her responsibility. We have not,as assumed, sent Kathleen to a collections agency. We have not "ruined" her "flawless" credit. We are still trying to resolve this matter with her. With all of our patients, we are willing to take whatever steps may be necessary to work together to clarify any questions or concerns that one might encounter with their account. We stand by our commitment to excellent, outstanding and professional care.
