LOOPNET Loopnet, Inc COSTAR FALSE CHARGES nationwide Nationwide
This company is very unscrupulous. They will continue to bill you after your membership is over. They claim I did not cancel my family real estate listing and continued to bill me for 2 more months at $99 per month. I canceled my membership in April via email. The Loopnet website contains a fill-in form to submit email, which results in you NOT having your own copy of what was sent.
I am fighting this through American Express. Loopnet sent 8 pages of my sign-up agreement to American Express Dispute Department, which proves nothing except that I signed up. Loopnet seems well practiced on how to get away with these bogus charges.
DO NOT sign up with this company. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
