I purchased 5.8 engine on July 29th for $625 from Justin aka jk7390_3 a sales rep at Lords Valley Towing. The engine was suppose to be from a 92 ford truck with 96k miles. When I received the engine it had damage to the oil pan and cylinder head. When I complained I was promised a partial refund to cover parts and labor for the repair. I went ahead and purchased the parts and had our mechanic open the engine up. When he removed the accsessories he found the engine block was rusted through and spray painted to cover it up. The engine had large chunks of hardened sludge and there was oil in the exhaust ports. The engine had leaks all over and was damaged inside. After now spending over $1125 in parts and $300+ to my mechanic for labor I am stuck with a broken down vehicle and two bad engines. I called Justin back and he would not take my calls. I spoke to another rep and they said they would have Justin call me back when he gets in. After not hearing from him I sent an email to the company. I got no phone call but an email saying my money would be refunded to my card. After a week I tryed calling and emailing Justin at Lords Valley with no response and still no refund. At that point I left the company bad feedback online for the purchase. The next morning I woke up to an email from Justin saying he sent me the money (I am still waiting) and " I hope you choke you f***ing jerk". I only left the feedback to warn other people not to trust this company. If my mechanic had not noticed the dents in the oil pan and broken bolts we would have never known how bad this engine was or how old it was until it was too late and the warranty had expired. I gave them them plenty of oportunity to correct the problem and have so far been patient. I am now stuck with a broken down vehicle, no money and no engine.

WELL LETS SEE WHERE TO START. 1ST CUSTOMER BUYS WRONG ENGINE. AND TELLS ME I SENT WRONG ENGINE. NOPE NOT THE CASE. SO AFTER A WEEK HE STATES HE WANTS TO KEEP IT, BECAUSE HE KNOWS HE'LL HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. SHOWS PICTURE OF HIS OWN ENGINE AND SAID THIS WAS MY ENGINE THAT WAS SOLD. AGAIN BS! SO EVEN AFTER THAT HE STILL GOT A REFUND EVEN THOUGH WARRANTY TIME WAS PASSED. SO TO BAD MOUTH ME AFTER I WENT OUT OF MY WAY IS A KICK IN THE FACE,AND IF YOU ONLY HEARD THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME YOU WOULD BLAME ME FOR SAYING WHAT I SAID! OVER 700 POSSITIVE FEEDBACKS AND NOT ONE BAD ONE EVER(OH AND BY THE WAY HE NEVER GAVE ME A BAD RATING ON EBAY) FUNNY HOW THAT IS.
