Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My wife and I bought a car from "Love Mitsubishi" about 6 months ago. We did not go into the dealer to buy a car, but rather to see where we stood if we wanted to buy a car. We were already paying on a previous car at the time. BUT, no matter how many times I said NO!, Sean came back again and again. At 10:30 PM I/WE were tired, and just wanted to go home and think about it. But, NO we could not get out the door without being very rude and making a scene..Maybe I should have. We stopped there to look at the last generation Lancer EVO, and had little interest in JUST A LANCER. However, Sean managed to wear us out, they took our car in trade and paid (most of it off) the rest went on the new contract. Instead of going with the sticker price on the 2016 Lancer GT, They used a $2000 more sticker price. They tried to get me to put $1000.00 down, I said NO! They got over that as well, by not using the fair market value, but using the "Dealer Installed Options" that were NOT LISTED and they could NOT tell me what they were...because they don't exsist!! ALSO, we were supposed to get 1 FULL tank of gas, and detail ...I had to come back the very next day as once I had signed the papers they could not leave fast enough. I had to argue to get the gas, and 3 times to the "detail shop" and a MONKEY could do better. They would not help set up the bluetooth for my phone "Said they did not know how!!" And later "Your phone wont work with our system" Now I HAVE to buy a CELL PHONE TOO!! The thing that really got me is this. I am a Veteran Automotive Technician, Retired. I wanted the wiring schematic for the stereo. 2 Peices of paper that any "Technician could print up in 5 minutes" It has been 6 months, and I have called everyone I can think of, BUT NO WAY is "Love Mitsubishi in Bakersfield" going to give it to me. I paid $25,000 for a car and they won't give me $0.50 worth of diagram. There service is CRAP, just look it up. They have the worst service record I have ever seen. They even schedule you appointments and dont tell you until the day before. I told them "DO NOT schedule ANY appointments for me" because if I do have to take it to a dealer..IT WON'T BE "LOVE MITSUBISHI & LIE TO YOU DEALERSHIP"  DO NOT do business here, the deal just MIGHT be ok, BUT, AFTER the sale you can forget EVERYTHING!!!!!

For Robert, who didn't like the fact that I put Love Mitsubishi of Bakersfield on RipOff Report.com  As I understand it, Ripoff Report is a site for anyone who believes they have been done wrong by a company, dealership..or whatever. I don't put a lot on this site, but I do look at it before I do business with anyone. I, unlike you I am guessing, would like to know what to expect before doing business with someone. Are they trustworthy, pull gimmicks, theives, liars, or are they good people to do business with. I am merely giving people my experiance with this company. They aren't the worst I have ever seen as Auto dealerships, especially used car dealerships by and large are not liked by the general public, because they expect to get ripped off. Just like Auto Repair shops, there are dealerships that one would be better off to NOT do business with. And this is only my opinion, But, this Opinion is coming from a trained veteran automotive technician, so I know a bit about how things go in the field. And If I promised a customer something, I made sure they get it. After all, word of mouth is the best advertisement out there. The regret of this now is only that if this car ever gets any recalls or something actually does go wrong with it I will have to go to L.A. to get service, as it only took 5 minutes of talking to one of their "Technicians" and I knew I would not be bringing it there. And this is not just my opinion, look it up if you get bored of piping off on this site. Robert.....You have a great day!

This is not to be rude or mean, but seriously you are going to come to an public Internet site and claim that you bought the car because you didn't want to be rude or make a scene.  Where because of this they are somehow ripping you off.  WTH?

Did they hold you at gunpoint? Did they put your first born in the back room? Did they tie you to a chair? No, of course not you at any time could have left of your own free will if you really wanted to.

Did you get a bad deal? Based on what you posted..probably. Especially if they talked you into rolling any of your old car loan into the new loan. But a bad deal does not a RipOff make, and this is nothing more than buyer's remorse.
