LOVEBOOTSUS DECKERS OUTLET CORPORATION FRAUD, Internet
I ordered UGG boots online at lovebootsus.com, and my total at checkout was $86.00. Then I saw in my bank records that my account was charged twice for a total of $114.33 by Deckers Outlet Corporation in Beijing, so I contacted the initial website to straighten it out, and that's when they told me about extra charges, which I asked them to take off since this was not indicated when I checked out.
They were evasive and wouldn't do it. Then, when the boots came ten days later, I discovered they were microfiber and polyester, not the sheepskin and wool that they were supposed to be. Again I contacted the company through various online means. I did receive responses but nothing that would solve this problem of fraud. I am disgusted and need to get this taken care of. I have all of the online correspondence for verification.
