Thank you for your comments and I agree with you completely. Since this all happened the car was returned to the dealer and sold at auction. They also inspected it and said the engine was broken and should never have been sold to me. My daughter has no car and still owes Mazda thousands for that car.
If Wade Nolin would have honored his so called warranty or even told the truth things might have been different. He is a bold faced liar. l just really hope no one else gets taken by this man his warranty is a total joke and well as his great quality engines. I work in a company that repairs buses and Mercedes Engines and they looked at the photos taken and could spot the cracks in that engine he sold me. But I live 10 hours from Memphis so taking him to court is not within reason.
One day he will get his because he will piss off the wrong person.
Thanks again

The consumer response made "Family Poor", I know who it came from and to set the record straight I am no where near poor, I just want the public to know when they are getting scammed by a low life idiot. As far as my daughter yes she has cancer so do millions of people but cancer or not no one deserves to be ripped off and then to have a psychopathic liar try to trash them. I will speak my mind like it or not.
You are scum you will always be scum and you will indeed face your maker!

This company hides behind lies and truth. The BBB shows them as an A rating but as long as he follows his BS warranty, the guidelines of the BBB and pays the BBB he will not investigated. He must be taken to court. Do it in your county, where you sign the "contract" he gives you. Remember the Carfax won't hold water because the engine has no VIN to compare it too and companies don't report repairs to Carfax. When you dis-prove the mileage issue game set match. Get a judgment and use it to shut him down. It is deceptive advertising to say all engines are low mileage. The Attorney General must investigate. He will hide behind his LLC. Include him in your suit. Word it correctly or he will slip away again.
It is heartless to take advantage of a cancer patient. The news media needs to know. If my family member had cancer, I could not fight this guy. My family needs me. He takes money and scoffs at the poor. These people were in desperate need of help.
Wade is cancer to the web and the world!

Don't buy engines from this company. The sell defective engines, fake warranties. The owner can't tell the truth to save his own life. When someone starts giving quotes from the bible you know you are dealing with a nut case. He makes up such stories to make himself look honest it is actually pathetic. To anyone who needs an engine go somewhere else don't get involved in this company. I believe he pays the Better Business Bureau to dismiss any claims against him. His record shows 7 or 8 of the same complaint as mine all dismissed. How can 8 consumers get ripped off the same way, defective parts, not honoring warranties and very dis-satisfied with this company and they close the cases. I actually wrote to my credit card company explaining what I charged and sent a copy of my charge receipt and this man had the gull to tell the BBB that I lied and denied the charge to get out of paying. Well idiot how did I deny anything when I submitted my charge stating what I charged? Who is the liar? He stated I demanded money? That from an email saying Please send the mechanic the check to try to fix this defective engine you sold me. How is the word Please demanding? He claims I went ballistic, I was rude and ignorant and needed to grow up. Guess what idiot I never spoke to you one single time everything was done by email or phone to your staff. Never once did I personally speak to Mr Nowlin, but he can make these claims.
Read the complaints from others, he starts preaching the word of God to them saying he feels for them as they will have to meet their maker and God will decide how good they are. He claims he is honest and has integrity....yea right.
Well to him you are right one day your time will come and when you try to go to the man upstairs he will banish you from heaven and send you right to the devil himself so you can sit beside your maker.
Once a liar always a liar! Always a liar, always a cheat, and your company always a rip off. I just hope you get what you deserve. One day you will rip off the wrong person and they will not accept your lies and fraudulent business practices and it will be pay back time for you. Justice will prevail and you will get what you deserve, count on it.
ALL consumers stay clear of this company go elsewhere and don't put yourself through this, it is not worth it.
Good Day Mr. Nowlin and Good Ridden.

The definition of psychopathic liar. everyone should look this up before doing business with this company. Some examples are:
Exaggerates things that are ridiculous.
They don't value the truth when caught in a lie become very angry and defensive and say ugly things.
The change their story all the time.
The believe what they said is true even when everyone knows it is a lie.
Never fesses up to the lies.
Lies to get sympathy, to look better, to save their butt
Anyone who preaches religion as a way to justify themselves in the wrong doings they continue to do.
Consumers beware before entering into any dealings with this company, they sell defective engines, they do not honor any warranty no matter what they tell you, example read the definition above. The best thing to do is go somewhere else. Don't lose your hard earned money on this company.
