Low Pay, Inc This company led me to believe they were issuing regular credit cards, when I discovered that I could only purchase merchandise from specific companies. They took out $79,00 from my checking account and several charges to my credit account. The same day I called them and found out that it was not a regular card because my purpose for signing up for the card was to transfer high interest Los Angeles California
I signed up for what I was led to believe was a regular credit card. I called them that day and was advised that I could not transfer balances from high interest cards. The next morning I called and cancelled, which they denied that I canceled. I never recieved any correspondance from them.
I got a $79.00 charge on my checking account, they would nor refund this money. I also got several charges to my credit card from companies who do services for LowPay,Inc. I believe most of them refunded the amount.
In my opinion LowPay,Inc. is nothing but a fraud and #1 rip-off. Believe me,I will never get into a situation like this again. Beware there are crooks all over the world, be careful what you open on tht internet.

This is from their website, FAQs: ""The Low Pay Merchant Credit Card, which allows you to finance portions of your purchase with Low Pay, is not a general credit card and is instead a Merchant Credit Card that is only made available to those members who request to receive the benefit, and is not automatically issued in conjunction with membership. "" This is NOT a credit card and their website informs folks of that. Also, the activation fee is NONREFUNDABLE and their FAQs inform folks of that as well. In the future you should make a point to search out and read any FAQs, terms of service, service agreements, etc BEFORE you sign up for anything.
