Lowell E. Kirk Marine Diesel and Turbine Lowell Kirk ripped me off for $2300. It took me 10 months and the assistance of the District Attorney to get my money back. Annapolis, Maryland
Lowell E. Kirk of Marine Diesel and Turbine in Annapolis MD duped me into handing him a check for a new outdrive. He then began making excuses as to why it was not delivered and eventually stopped returning my calls. I performed a google search on Lowell Edward Kirk and found that he was wanted for theft and bad checks by Queen Anne's county Maryland. I contacted them, filed a report, and soon the District Attorney pressed charges of theft against him.
Mr Kirk is very adept at dodging the legal system. A search of the MD judiciary case search web site revealed that he has a number of both criminal and civil suits that are past and current. The list grows monthly. It took me 10 months and several court appearances, but I did get my money back thanks to Lance Richardson, the DA for Queen Anne's County. If it was not for him, I would still be chasing Mr. Kirk for my money.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this person and this company. There are people as far as Ontario Canada that have been ripped of by this man.
