Its is now october 15,2018 and Lowes store in saint petersburg, florida 33713 has not made any effort to fix my fence. I spoke to 3 membes of management and nothing no return call. The fence was purchased at this store.
Lowes has dropped the ball. I will not be shopping at this store ever again. This was my first purchase. I had opened a card with Nancy in installs opened a card over the phone.
Install was suppose to be 11/30/17. I couldnt get through to the store and no one was updating me on my fence install. I gave my schedule avaiability 2 weeks in adavance. I was being schedule on Florida State Fences times not my time as a customer.
Come to find out i one day happen to look over my paperwork and saw an error was made by a memeber of Lowes who came out to measure Jesse Rock.
On line 2 ...shows the wrong size panel 6x6.....wrong size. Should be 6 feet in height and 8 feet wide. This was not corrected by the store with the 2 8 foot posts.
Also, Florida State Fence..... the 3 rd time out. You ask me why three times??? Well, first...12/21/2017 was suppose to be the install. I didnt have all of my fence. I had missing Panel and Gate and hardware ..... So, i didnt receive the rest of my fence until after new years on and about january 7th.
I almost forgot....i still had wrong pieces to my fence in the garage with 3 bags of cement which the installer asked if he could have. I never received money back for parts that lowes out on the truck back to the store.
Also, i had no intentions of looking out at my patio noticed without my permission....or appointment the gate and panel was installed. Didnt like the fact they got into my condo without me being there or telling me.
So,the wrong panel was put in. So, the fence was sooooo loose i called ast mgr lenny and his response was that, he is not making any money on the job. The attitude that how many times have we been there????
Well, lets see. 12/21/17 for the poor install particial as, i had missing gate and panel and hardware. I had a second time they showed up put gate and panel there without me being home.
March 6th @ 3:34pm, put quick drying cement in the post at the side thats the wrong ordered panel. The installer was pissed off and shaking my panel to the fence with him on the cellphone and the slats fell to the ground.
The installer went to his truck to get screws that, he put tap-con screws up and down my 2 posts. Why you ask because, the slats were wide enough because , my post was suppose to be 8 feet wide So, the slats was having problems staying in and the installer put the slats in wrong not basket weave.
Which Lynn lowe from lowes said that, quote we can not fix the fence because, it was modified??? Basically, indirectly calling me a liar. Lynn lowe had never had the right panel and posts ordered for that time from Nancy at store #0740 didnt order the right 6x8 panel and posts.
In fact, Florida State Fence did not even have the replacemet panel and posts with him. After ,opening a Lowes credit card ordering a fence $1,588.00... has the never to say that, you only have 3 options a $200.00 Lowes gift card or...we will take you fence and refund money.
I bought the fence after hurrican Irma ruined my wood fence. What was i thinking i wanted it replaced and wanted to buy a vinyl fence and opened a Lowes card???????
Why almost a year later am i still having issues with Lowes not standing by their errors, customer service and quality job performance??? Lynn lowe say "You have til oct.31,2018 but, from Day 1 ...never compensated me from all the mishaps or me almost a year later.....not having a bad install taken care of as a customer who is still paying on a fence of $1,588.00.
