I recently visited Lowes in my local store #471 to make a return on a grape seedless plant that I purchase a few weeks back that has died (not more than a month!).

 My experience from this recent visit to your store has left me extremely dissatisfied with Lowes sales representative and their store manager.

When I tried to return this plant Lowes sales rep name "Terry #: R S0471TF2 1589523" was extremely rude to me and my mother while we waited in line and when it was our term to get help on returning this product she immediately told us "no I can't return the product without receipt" without even looking through my lowes' account history!

I would have kept the receipt if I know your plant will die in a few weeks! It is my understanding that as long as I use my telephone # or original credit card for purchase that order will stay in there for future references if needed.  

Lowes' sales rep made fun of me and my mother while we ask that she check into our account for this, instead she told us she need receipt and won't even face US, and talks to another store rep while we're waiting for her response.  After I insist a few tries with my phone number she reluctantly agreed, but I don't think she even bother to check it correctly, and just told me says non of my numbers is on her computer.  (We have been shopping with lowes for a decade already and yet she can't find anything on the phone numbers that we gave her.

After I when out to my car and tried to look for a receipt another 2 customers came in ahead of us for refund (both without receipts!), and Lowes' sales rep was immediately able to do a return by "ASKING" the Caucasian guy and a elderly lady for the original credit card used in purchase.  But whereas in my case your sales rep refuse to do anything and insist on telling me to leave because she won't do anything for us! This is extremely racist attitude that I have ever experienced in this Lowes' store by this one sales rep, my family business is in kitchen remodeling and we constantly purchase thousands of dollar equipment and home improvement products annually from this store.  My mother has told me that while she was standing inside waiting for me to return with receipt, your sales rep make extremely racist comments under her breath, pretending that my mother couldn't understand her racist comments and attitude.  Store: 0471, Terminal 35.

Lowes sales representative lacks training and is extremely racist towards non-white customers!

as an employee of lowes ....i do know that the return policy is very good....and there is no racism from my point of view.....that being said.....there are a few including mr cosner that are ocd and anal retentive and have thier bad days.....dont know why....but can only imagine.....maybe we should all be drug tested....me as well...i will pass

M-Go Roku movie and show provider randomly charged my credit card

M-GO is a fraud, they randomly charged my credit card even tho my family didn't watch their show ever sign we signed up a month back. Do not sign up for their free credit garbage, you won't get it but they will randomly charge your account on Roku. You have been warned.

 

Talking to their online chat is like chatting with a robot that doesn't care about your issue, basically they told me to screw myself for signing up for M-GO in roku.   Do not, I repeat, do not sign up for their 2 free credit for the shows, they won't apply them at all. If you want to watch free shows go to primewire.ag or 1channel.ch and make sure to have adblock plus on your browser to watch almost any shows and movies free.  Why did I sign up for M-GO?  Because I got doped by their offer of 2 free shows, thinking that maybe watching on tv is better than watching on my 24" computer screen but I was wrong, and I hope this report will reach out to others and let you guys know that you don't want to sign up for their garbage service and get randomly charged with no recourse.  Also there are many messages on their facebook pages with regards to people calling their number and waiting for hours on the phone with no CSR.

 

Don't let this happen to you, don't sign up for M-GO, they will fraudulently charge your credit card and you will be on hook for it! M-GO is a scam, don't sign up and don't download their crap on your Roku account, there are many channels that are better alternative than them.
