After filing my report Lowes contacted me and the store manger Chris asked me to stop by and show him copies of the rebate forms. I went to the Lowes and Chris's representative Susan contacted Young America rebate center and was able to get them to honor the rebate. Susan then gave me a confirmation number and I was told to expect the rebate in 2-3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly Chris and Susan were and how quickly and thoroughly Susan resolved my problem. I consider this incident resolved as soon as I receive the rebate check.
