I went to lowes santa clarita asked for help, a person by the name of jesse montemayro came over to help ask him to look up something on the computer he said he would not help me and walked off, I then went to get the manager and told him what happened , he was shocked we then hunted down to find this person. he then wrote up a report said he would talk to the main manager about what happened. The worst customer service i have ever seen
