This company is totally a bait n switch company! They charge you to print out your certificate after they up the original price advertised for processing. Even better, took the test before I paid the ticket (was mis-informed) and they wouldn't allow me to retake it w/o being ripped off again, even though explained the situation and it was not even a week since took the class. Ignorant agent wouldn't even let me finish and said no. Wow! Terrible cx svc. No explanation or sorry. Please do NOT use this company.
