This report is completely FALSE, everything from the content to the name of the person/association filing it is FALSE and should not be believed.
NONE of the incidents reported have ever happened because we have NEVER sold any breeding cats to California or Pennsylvania. We have a very good reputation/relationship with our pet buyers - so much so that we have several repeat clients due the temperament and health of our cats. All of our pets/breeders are both sold with a heath guarantee.
The person that has filed this complaint has filed it under the FALSE username 'cfabreederassist'; while this is an organization within The Cat Fanciers Association - they have assured me and the others that have been reported to Ripoff Report - that they have NO INVOLVEMENT AND HAVE NOT MADE THIS POST. To confirm this fact you can contact CFA at (732)528-9797 or The CFA Breeder's Assistance program's website http://cfabreedersassist-rescue.org/contact.html to contact any of the area representatives. Our area contact is Julie Keyer and can be contacted by email at [email protected]
The person that filed this and several other reports on various reputable breeders in the NJ area, is very mentally unstable and has done this as a retaliation to testimonies we gave in defense of another breeder against her. We are currently pursuing legal action for this false report.
