Now I may be new to this, but i believe that they should have told you everything you know when your there for the orientation. L & R merchandising clearly states the facts and if you listen ya get somewhere in this company. now this company is the greatest thing that has ever happened to actually get you somewhere in life if ya just listen as they say the Kirby sells itself. it is the best vacuum on the market and a lot of people do like the machine, sure its a little pricey but that's expected with great quality. You know if you paid any attention to the orientation you would know what I am talking about. getting mad because you screwed up somewhere across the line, and writing it on a website isn't going to solve any problems if your a real man or women, would know that the true way to solving problems is by talking it out with the main boss who will give you main insight for what you want to know and of course there going to tell you the truth. Don't get mad at them, get mad at yourself because you didn't pay enough attention, because you didn't do as you were asked, which is simple guide lines that you have to follow. I will tell you that my fourth day i sold one which tells me it isn't that hard and it does build confidence, complain all you want but the truth is that you aren't going anywhere in life, as for me I am heading to the top!

i have been worked for l&r merchandising for 3 months until medical reasons caused me to quit and rick smith is one of the nicest people that i have ever met every time i had a question about work or anything else rick always made time to talk to even if it made him late or he was busy if i had a question about the demo he would take the time to make sure that i was comfortable with it. but if you don't want to work and get a paycheck this is not the place for you. if you don't do what you are told and expect to get paid this is not the place for you.
1. True, you get a salary if you do what you are told. 2. What company does not expect you to work for a paycheck 3. They are not the only company that i have worked for that did not pay me to take a class but i did not pay for the class either and what they told me made me money. i have worked for company's that make you pay for your own schooling, so i don't know about you but free school sounds pretty good to me. 4. l&r merchandising is a independent factory distributor for the Kirby company and l&r merchandising is the name of the company that rick smith owns. 5. they have you call in three times to make sure that you are doing what you said you would do for a paycheck and if you have any problems with what you are doing they can walk you through it. i sold 3 Kirby's to my friends and family that first weekend and i did not twist a single arm to do it and every one of my friends that bought one will save money and have a better life because i did what i was told to that day. the only true losers are the people that did not by one because the person did not do what they were told to do and just in case you are wondering what that is i will tell you, show the person everything the Kirby can do for them and how it can save them money and who does not want that. 6. you do decide where you want to go, if you don't want to go nobody makes you, and every time i stared getting to far from home i took steps to recenter myself. i had to do that myself nobody did it for me and if you cant do your job without somebody looking over your shoulder all the time go back to Macdonald's. 7. you do get 200+ in commission most of the time if you do what your told, if you don't show them what it does and how it will save them $ and make their life easier how can you expect anyone to buy one. I have seen a lot of people walk through the concord office and i can say truthfully that the only people that don't thrive and prosper at Kirby are the people who want something for nothing don't want to work to archive their goals and cannot fallow simple instructions if you can and are willing to do those three simple things than Kirby is for you. i will respond more later right now i have more important things. (like go to work and make some money for working)
