I had purchased a K&N Typhoon Air intake from LS Koncepts on 7/20/2012 and paid with a Mastercard online. Totaling $264.99 usd

I attempted to contact customer service by email, a few times asking when I would receive a tracking number for the shipment or when I would receive notification of shipment. There was no communication, at all. I did some searching with Google and found this http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?p=2037212868 .

The following web page is a forum that the owner of the website was actually a big part of at one point, now it seems he has the website up just to collect money and not deliver any parts. I know I'm not alone on this one, but I would like to get my $265 back. I have to wait a few more days to contest the charges on my debit card because the order is still 'pending' . 

If the web page is unable to load here are a few things that the forum posters responded with "I ordered an "LSE" grill from this website> http://www.lskoncepts.com/store/ after I hit a deer in my LS.

I have not received the grill, nor have I had any communication from them. My credit card sure was charged though.
Any advice, anyone?"

"contact the credit card company they are just ripping people off now, lots of threads here about it"
