I ordered a pizza today. I asked for the same toppings as I always do...sausage, onions, mushrooms, and black olives. When I picked the pizza up I asked for three cups of tea which brought the total paid to $21.11.

When I was about to walk out the door, I opened the box to check it and what I saw was disgusting. There was a huge amount of liquid sitting on top of the pizza. I can't stand soggy bread so I asked Dino, the manager, why it was soaked. He said it was like that because I ordered a specialty pizza. I informed him that I order the same pizza every time and I've never seen it watered down. He then started arguing with me in an agressive way. He went to the vegatable bins on the counter, flipped the lids up, and started grabbing hand fulls of onions, olives etc. shaking them at me. Then he went to the sauce pan, opened it and brought a scoop out to show me. He told me that they haven't changed their ingredients. I never said they did! I just wanted to know why my pizza was soaked with liquid.

I could see that I wasn't going to get anywhere with Dino, he wasn't going to give me my money back or prepare me a new pizza so I grabbed it and left. By the time I arrived home the water had soaked through the crust to the box. The box was actually falling apart because of it. The crust was so soggy and nasty that my family would not eat it. It was a total waste of time and money.

I realize that Luigi's will not go broke by not getting my $22 a week but I will never be back. I think Dino handled the situation in an unprofessional manner and he knew that the pizza was unacceptable and inedible. I'm still disgusted by the way he acted. He should be embarassed for the way he treated me and for selling food in the condition that pizza was in. Shame on you Luigi's, and Dino!!!!!!

By the way, I have pictures of the soggy crust and box, but couldn't figure out how to place them on here.
