Buyer Beware when you purchase from LuLaRoe. Do not expect the company or the independent retailer to assist you when you experience an issue. The retailer is not obligated by LuLaRoe to offer you a credit or to refund your money under any circumstances. If you can ever get through to customer service, you will wait months for a response, then you will receive the runaround for several more months with absolutely no resolution. I kept screendhots, invoices, pictures and details. To LuLaRoe, they dont matter. I would not reccomend buying anything from these crooks as they will take your hard earned money and give you the wrong thing, or the wrong size or defective clothing. Go to the store and buy some leggings, they might not be that soft but at least you know what you are getting and the store will honor any defective clothing they sell.

Let's get some facts straight FIRST

Lularoe wholesales their items to Independent Lularoe Fashion Retailers (Retailers) and Retailers sell Lularoe branded items to the public.  Except for authorized retailers, NO ONE in the public may go directly to Lularoe and buy any Lularoe branded item. Period.  Each Retailer owns and operates their own business. Retailers ARE NOT employed by Lularoe. Lularoe has absolutely no involvement with how independent retailers run their business. If a customer buys a Lularoe branded item from an authorized Lularoe retailer and has an issue with that item, the customer has several options: the first is ALWAYS to contact the Retailer you purchased from. If you don't know who that is...that is YOUR problem. If you can't keep track of who you bought what from, that is no one else's problem but YOURS. Each Retailer has their own return/exchange policy.

If a customer buys from a Retailer without knowing WHAT that Retailers policy is, again, that is the customer's problem, not the Retailers and certainly not Lularoes. If you are the type of customer who doesn't want to make a big deal out of defective merchandise, that is YOUR problem. How DARE you come to any public website and bash a company because you're a coward?? More importantly, instead of bashing a company and ALL retailers, WHY aren't you specifically identifying the Retailer you are having problems with? Again, if YOU don't know who you bought from...maybe YOU should figure that out first before you start leaving blanket nonsense rants that have to do with 1 retailer, as opposed to thousands of retailers like myself who would have taken care of whatever problem you had with an item you bought from me?  But...apparently, it's easier for you to be a troll and just rant than actually take some ownership of the situation, figure out who your complaint is actually with, and call them out instead of bashing both Lularoe and other retailers who have absolutely nothing to do with you or your problem!!!  I bet you're a peach!!!

ALL of that said....are their Retailers who have absolutely NO BUSINESS being IN business? Yep. Sad, but true. They give us and LUlaroe a bad name. As a consumer, you should do your due diligence and find out what sort of retailer you're buying from BEFORE you turn over your money.  Just because Sarah Gibbons or Amber Jones (2 disgusting, unprofessional Retailers) have your unicorn in stock doesn't mean you should give them your money. Yet I digress...

ANY Retailer can assist you with your defective item at THEIR discretion. NO, they can't refund you-you didn't pay them, but they can, if they want to, exchange a defective item for you with their inventory. OR....you can go to Lularoe's website and follow the instructions for their HAPPINESS POLICY (which doesn't require a phone call) and go from there. 

But...I can see you're the type of consumer who just wants to complain. You can't even sort out WHO your complaint is with or against. Sad there are ignorant people like yourself allowed to post ignorant rants online without knowing WHAT they're talking about.  Had you approached me with the attitude you displayed in your rant, I promise you right now I would NOT have assisted you at all.  

There are thousands of great Lularoe authorized retailers in the US who work hard and go out of their way to assist consumers with their clothing needs. I suggest you seek them out...and be nice.  We are under no obligation to help anyone, especially if you're nasty to us. You'll get it back in spades, as you have here.
