The vehicle has been taken to another mechanic, it is again the starter causing the problem, the GPS system is working perfectly and causing no issue to the vehicle. The fuel line which was replaced was a problem from the moment the vehicle was picked up after purchase but blamed on water in the motor from being cleaned.
All of the vehicles problems have been well documented even with videos showing the vehicle not cranking, exactly what it does as well as cranking with other issues. I am not the only person whom has bought a vehicle from this dealer that is having problems, I have spoken with others.
There was a smell of burning oil which was "fixed" with a new oil cap however the smell still exists after about 10 minutes of the vehicle running.
The finance company has been contacted about several issues regarding this vehicle and are launching an investigation into it themselves.

My Name is Ashby Lundy and I am the owner for Lundy Motors the dealership mentioned above. I am very sorry this customer is dissatisfied, however this review is inaccurate and unfair.
The non-cranking issue is a result of the Customer ripping out the GPS tracking system that was installed on the vehicle as required by the lender and agreed to by the customer at the time of sale. The GPS system is directly tied to ignition system on the vehicle and when it was ripped out it caused the vehicle to intermittingly not crank. Attempting to remove this GPS
system without permission of the lender was a direct breach of the GPS disclosure contract signed by the customer at the time of sale. It could have resulted in an immediate repossession by the lender.
I assisted this customer in ways that most dealers would not have including but not limited to the following:
1. I agreed to post date 60% of the down payment for 45 days in order to secure financing. The customer was supposed to pay the full balance within 30 days but I agreed to hold the vehicle for another two weeks because the customer informed me at 30
days that they did not have the money.
2. I performed hundreds of dollars in repairs post sale on a vehicle sold As-Is and without and service contract or warranty. I did this because I cared about the customers financial situation and I wanted them to be able to afford to make their new car payment on time. Repairs described in detail below.
1) Fuel Pressure Line was replaced free of charge. It was inspected by a professional and 3rd party mechanic and was OK at the time of sale but it began to leak within the first 30 days so we agreed to make the repair.
2) The customer called me late one Friday night with the complaint that the vehicle would not start and had stranded him in a
grocery store parking lot. We had it towed the following Saturday morning, and determined the starter had gone bad. The starter was replaced with a brand new starter backed by a warranty the by Tuesday of the following week. We paid for the towing, the starter and the labor.
3) The customer also complained of an oil burning smell on the motor at the time we replaced the starter. The seal around the oil cap dry and oil was seeping around that cap and dripping down the side of the motor. We replaced the oil cap free of charge.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the integrity of my business feel free to contact me anytime at 434-774-5852.
Sincerely, Ashby Lundy.

How many miles are on it? How did it do on the test drive? Westlake Financial is the leading sub-prime financial company.. a deadbeat lender. The dealers who use these kinds of lenders deal in older, high mileage cars and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the purchase.

Did you even take this thing on a test drive BEFORE you bought it? Did you have YOUR MECHANIC check it out BEFORE you bought it?
