I went to lux International website an had to be good in to see prices. In seeing the prices I logged out it was crazy expensive for a unknown product. I then got an email saying order received. I immediately responded that I did not place an order. I got an email back saying it would be canceled. The next day I got another email saying order couldn't be cancled because it had been shipped. I emailed again saying I would just return to sender as I didn't want order. I never ended up getting anything from this company other then bills an threading letters. Will not be paying bill! A quick Google of there company shows nothing but scams. I'm happy they didn't have better prices or they would have my payment information an this is not a company to be trusted. I have emailed them letting them know I never received anything an go no reply other then more threats. I included the most recent email from them. They completely ignore I didn't place order / tried to cancel it/ never got a product to be able to return. ------------------------------------- This the third and final reminder that we did not receive your payment for your recent purchase with us. If we do not receive the total outstanding payment of CAD 64.85 within 10 days, we will submit the claim directly to our local law firm for further debt collection.
