Ordered an iPhone 6S battery case, Lux Mobile advertises "Worldwide" delivery, 2 months down the line & still no delivery.
They ship to a USA port of exit off to one's local international "Postal Service" ? To make matters worse Lux Mobile have NO tracking details for the parcel it seems once it leaves USA shores ?
Email communications terrible & have to try deal with multiple people working for Lux Mobile who clearly do not read / have access to prior email correspondence. Have requested escalation to a manager - no response
Wont refund me - keep saying the parcel is "in transit" .......... how long must one wait ? They have taken my money but no ownbership to ensure the goods are delivered ?
Someone pls help me !!!
