- I ordered the trial eye cream and serum. The advertisment was pay shipping only for the free trial. I was not informed that it was a 14 day trial and that after the 14 days i would be charged 98.00 for one bottle and 97.00 for the other. I notified my credit card company about the fraud. They reversed the charges and issued me a new card. upon reviewing my statement i noticed that my new card had the charges put back on. I called the company Luxia no.7 to complain about the charges, that's when i was told about the charges for the product.THey did not included anything about the 14 days or other charges on the slip that was included with the product. They did not want to issue a refund and speaking to a supervisor is non existent. If i had been informed about the stupiulations on ordering i would not have placed the order, I don't know if the product works because i have never used it. So beware before buying from this company.
