LuxStyle International Lux International BEWARE! LUXSTYLE AGGRESSIVE MARKETING SCAM Denmark Internet
I was browsing a web-site called LuxStyleInternational which was advertising an eye lash enhancer. I had considered ordering it and put in my personal information (name & address) but when I got to the payment screen and saw how much the product was, I left the site without submitting my credit card payment info. Within a week I received the product in the mail with an invoice. I immediately e-mailed the company to inform them that I never actually ordered their product. They responded by saying that I filled out the order on-line therefore I had to pay the full amount. I told them that I wanted to return it but they said I had to use the product first and could return it within 90 days if I was not satisfied with it. I then received a number of threatening emails that legal action would be taken against me if I did not pay for the product on-line. Everytime I attempted to negotiate with them to return it, they made it impossible for me to do so. I finally realized that this is a HUGE SCAM as I began to research them on-line. Please do not give your credit card information to them or pay them any money. Report them as a RipOff Report and to the BBB. Julie - Ontario, Canada.
