Lynd Co Management ripoff of tenants. Conroe, Texas
The Lynd company management, liars,cheats,thieves,false advertisement is more like it. Promised by corporate, rent compensation per month, deleted by manager after personnel change.Emergency work orders;forgotten or not completed in weeks ,even if by written request."Townhomes" that are nothing but apartments with attached garages. Strong arm tactics that "require to take monthly cable fee of $40 in order to sign/renew lease.Manager stated personal responsibility for work orders still incomplete/forgotten. How can you live/pay for a "gated community" when the gates have been left open/broken 60-70 percent of the time; and the hottub has not worked 20% of the time, and still is broken. Yourself and your belongings are not secure at this facility, overpriced and poorly managed.
