Lynn LeBlanc is a manager at the restaurant The Shanty Cafe in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. As a regular customer over the past year I have observed this woman to often appear extremely aggressive and intoxicated with both cutomers and staff. I have also observed that she takes the tip monies left on the tables by customers.
