I hired Mr Miller on 3/12/17 as the POA for my brother Marcus Garner to do estate planning and open a account with a death benefits check from his mother for 65,800. He deposit in his estate account at Chase bank gave 13,000 the first week to my account and took 500.00 for his flat fee. The agreement was an account had to be open in Marcus name to release the remaining funds of 52,300.00. I gave Mr miller all the account information on 4/10 through email. He stated he would release the funds to the account. As of today no funds have been released.
