macco wheel cover swap turnersville, New Jersey
dear sirs,
after and auto accident on march 17 2011 i had my car towed to maaco of turnersville n.j.
after a month i called to see where my car stood on being done.i was told it would be done by easter,i got it back the week after easter, five weeks.
after geting the car home and just looking it over,i noticed that they put the bad wheel cover
on the front and took the good wheel cover and put it on the rear of the car that was fixed.i was told that this wheel cover would be replaced,it was not.
i called them to find out what was going on they would not return my calls.i contacted customer service and they called and were told that they would try to find the old wheel cover.i contacted the insurance company and they told me it was supposed to be replaced but maaco never ordered the wheel cover.if they never ordered the part then how can they look for a part that was never there to begin with.
not only did they lie to me but they lied to their corporate offices by telling them they would try to fine the old part.
this company should not be allowed to have a business in n.j.or they should have their license removed for fraud, and thats puting it mildly.this company is a rip off.
