MACERICH MALLS Sunglass Hut Sexual Harrasment and Bad Language MIdlothian, Virginia
I worked at this mall and had a manager tell me that the company's named complained about the way that I dressed. They made sexual and suggestive comments about my skirt and said that I showed my underwear. I had four different companies, per my boss, say that this comment was made, and they were from four different companies. So I must conclude that they either a: lied for some reason, or b: I was unaware that I stood on my head with my skirt up over it my whole shift. No, I AM being facetious! I must conclude, that this is sexual harrassment: unwanted sexual and personal commentary made to my boss about me. I complained to the managers of two of the stores, Sunglass Hut, and Finks. I got no response from Finks, and the Sunglass Hut manager defended her employees actions. Likewise did the Macerich Malls manager.
I consider this just an outrageous violation of my personal right to work!
