MADHOUSE COFFE LAS VEGAS NV WARNING DO GO TO MADHOUSE COFFEE ON WEST DESSERT INN Las Vegas
I ordered a turkey sandwich with no cheese and no mayonnaise and I paid for the order and then I got my order and there was cheese and mayonnaise smothered all over my sandwich. Then I went back and I said please give me something different to replace this item. So I ordered a baked sweet potato and then they made it and then he wanted to charge me an extra dollar and I said absolutely not you should’ve told me that to begin with and you made me go through the drive-through again so I’m not gonna pay you an extra dollar. After I had paid the bill in full for over eight dollars the owner ripped me off And said he would not reimburse me my money And not give me the replacement order and he demanded for me to pay the extra dollar and I said absolutely not. Therefore I had to call the police! I sat and waited in the parking lot for the police to arrive to file a police report and they took too long so I left and called the owner and let them know that I’m a former federal litigator and that I would definitely take action to shut his business down if this is the way he operates and I would file criminal and civil charges against his him and his business for unethical behavior and theft! DO NOT GO TO MADHOUSE coffee

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AFTER I HAD PAID IN FULL!! THEN I ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE TO REPLACE IT AND THE FAT RUDE DISTGUSTING OWNER WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY AFTER GETTING THE FIRST ORDER WRONG AND MAKING ME GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AGAIN! HE RFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I AM FILING A CRIMINAL POLICE REPORT ON THE OWNE AND THIS BUSINESS AND I SCRATCHED MY WHEEL ON MY CAR WHICH NOW HAS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET!
I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!!
