They advertise very low rates on magazine subscription by charging going rate up front and promising to send a large Cash Back refund within 7 business days.
But after receiving your payment they send a email notifying you that "Due to publisher's change of policy, we are forced to cancel our CashBack' program. Therefore, we will not be able to pay out the cashback, though we still guarntee the lowest authorized price even without paying back the CashBack'." and promise to send a full refund of the payment.
If you are one of the lucky one's you receive the refund within the first 30 days after cancellation or you don't receive it.
This must be standard practice because the magazine offers on their web site never changes
