I ordered six months of 'Juxtapoz' magazine (order #25293978) from this website...after six months, the first issue still had not arrived, so I called MagazineCity- initially, they ('Heather') were nice, and helpful- Iwas told 'oops, Juxtapoz never got your order, give 'em another 6-8 weekis, ty'.
K, now it's been, oh, A YEAR, 'Heather' won't answer the phone, won't reply to emails- can't honestly say this didn't start out as a Juxtapoz problem; but, I'm sorry, when you can't do me the courtesy of answering an email, when you took my $$$, now it's your (MagCity)'s problem...funny you have no problem STILL sending me come-ons, LOL- sure wish Ida COME HERE FIRST.

I called Juxtapoz, just to verify what MagazineCity(.com) was telling me; and I didn't do a lot better with them! After discovering that I had not actually called to order a magazine, and just wanted to verify that MagazineCity.com had gotten in touch with them to re-place my order (yes, I can hold), I got put on hold for the rest of the day, about two and a half hours!
The next day, when I asked to speak to the boss, I was told he was busy, but that he would call me back- and I'm still waiting, lol. As for MagazineCity, forget about it, you are pouring your money down a hole.
