Magic Jack They charged my account before I even received the equipment. They say it's a free trial but know I know different. Lucky I had the money in my account. Then when you chat with them they said "it was because I used my debit card". I am wondering how they know it's a debit card? Because it is a visa card. I wish I had come here first to look at the complaints. I will get refund when I get the MJ. Indianapolis Indiana
They billed me before I even recieved the equipment. It was supposed to be a free trial. When you chat with them they "said it was because I used my debit card". They can not reverse the charge. How can a company be so dishonest?
I will get involved with a class act suit. If they do not recieve my refund me. Or if they bill me again. I will never never do business online again. This does it for me.
Their is nothing free about the "free trial"..... The girl didn't seem to care when I told her I would report them. So I don't want to do business with them. I even tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me do it.
