these people need good support and a better sense of a warranty. they sell these things like they are nothing. it is a great invention but things do break i don't care what they are everything has it's problems. and other people were probably having the samething happen to them. customer service was just lying to you to make you think it was only your's. they do need to make sure these thing's are strong enough to handle the work load of what they put this through. i hope you get your refund of all of your money but i doubt you will you used it for a month. thanks for this report now i won't get one. good luck

I found Dan Borisolow's email address and wrote to him. He emailed me back this morning and apologized and agreed to send me a new magic jack at no charge programmed with my number. I also found the companys physical address in Florida. The company name is ymax and if you go to their website, they have links to each state tariff with their company address. They also have bios of all of the officers of the corporation listed there. The email I got from reading someone elses complaint elsewhere on the internet.
