I had contacted them live at 8am EST this morning, here is what was stated to me about a no refund policy. Not explain themselves clearly, but being early here trying to get my gears together I was not going to argue. We will not charged your for the next year service. Cheryl Meyers: kept crahing Brent: Do you want to me offer some fixes this time? Because they are not suppose to charge during first the 30 days. Magic Jack has been charging just days after they ship the product and they rarely ever give refunds.

If you wanted the product, I don't understand why you changed your mind. If you never wanted it in the first place, why order it? Under the circumstances, it is not clear to me how this is a rip-off.
