Magic Jack Magicjack is a total rip off.. Save your money! Internet
I ordered this product on the 6th of December and cancelled it the same day and lo and behold they snatched money from my account. My bank has taken off the charge and after talking to these people they say that the charge will drop off tomorrow, the 11th. We will find out. But a billing phone number to reach a live person is 281-404-1551. Be warned you will be holding on for an hour or more. Do not buy this product, they snatch your money and run.

I got stuck with a no refund policy of theirs today! It is a rip off, if you read my complaint you will see more the over all picture

I had contacted them live at 8am EST this morning, here is what was stated to me about a no refund policy. Not explain themselves clearly, but being early here trying to get my gears together I was not going to argue. However, I did report them to the West Palm Beach BBB. this is my first round Brent: Hello, how may I help you? Cheryl Meyers: yes, I would like to return Magic Jack, and get my refund back. How do I do that and where do I send the product back? Brent: May I have your sales order number please? Cheryl Meyers: I have the envolope it came in we had just moved.. hold on Brent: Sure Brent: Please take your time. Cheryl Meyers: I have P.O. box 6846 Weat Palm Beach Fla Cheryl Meyers: thats all I have Cheryl Meyers: it was charged on my master charge Brent: May I have the phone number that you use when you place your order please? Because they are not suppose to charge during first the 30 days. Magic Jack has been charging just days after they ship the product and they rarely ever give refunds.

If you wanted the product, I don't understand why you changed your mind. If you never wanted it in the first place, why order it? Under the circumstances, it is not clear to me how this is a rip-off.
