Magic Jack RIP OFF- MONEY PIT, Aweful Device!! www.magicjack.com Internet
I have been with this company for two years and I have had to replace the device 3 time. Twice in one year, and now it is broken again!
Magic Jack makes it money off of you with the device itself, it keeps malfunctioning and you have to keep replaceing it, paying more money each time for "processing and handlinging". And they will not refund any of your money for the unused time you have already paid for, but can't use!
I have spent countless HOURS on the computer in chat with them, trying to get the service they promise you to no avail! They don't care about you or their useless product, especially once they have your money! You are stuck!!!-
Please stay away from these people! It sounds real good!! But at the end of the day, you will spend more and more, and more money to use the service!
So much for $19.95 a year!! You better add up all those "Free Replacements!"- They are trully not "Free" at all!!
