I ordered their product by TV. I received the product about one week later. It did not work. I called them and got to communicate by interenet text. I spent about ten minutes with them and got disconnected. Called them back, spent a few minutes and got disconnected. Called them back and got no answer. Called them back using a different name and got them, told them I did not trust them and wanted my money back. They asked a specific reason why I wanted a refund. I told them the product did not work and they would not talk to me after I told them I wanted my money back, so I used a phony name to contact them. They informed me that a reseller had sold the product to me and I would have to contact the reseller. Of course they did not tell me who the reseller was.

I then cancelled my Visa card. and reported them to the State Attorney General and filed this Rip OPff report. I have a computer and hard copy of my text communication with Magic Jack. They are very good at insulating themselves from their customers by providing no internet, or address or voice access. I hope they can be put out of business.
