MagicJack MagicJack And SCP Distributors It was impossible to return MagicJack following their computer system's directives West Palm Beach Florida
The MagicJack computer/phone device which I ordered arrived May 30, 2008. I ordered this product from a TV commercial and was told during the commercial and while ordering that I had 30 days in which I could return the order and that my credit card account would not be billed until after 30 days constituting my acceptance of the product. I found that the product did not meet my needs and I went on-line this morning to attempt to get a return number to return MagicJack for my full refund. My return was stymied for approximately two and one half hours by their system and I finally decided to follow a different path. I found the distributor for this product and called but alas no humans available again. Battle plan B - I called my credit card company and cancelled my existing card - I don't yet know if they have received payment but I tried. I would suggest that everyone who has had bad expieriences with this company call their local newspapers, write an expose for the editorial page and tell everyone you know about your particular bad expierience with this product and especially the company and distributors. Please don't let this company succeed with this fraud.
