YOU may live in Florida, but the ppl who own MagicJack CANNOT ONLY have a office offshore. US business Laws prevent this. So that means they have a office somewhere in the states. This is import where your situation is concerned. See they DONT have to follow your states laws, they have to follow THEIR states Laws. Which means if it is allowed in California, then its allowed EVERYWHERE MAGICJACK IS SOLD!!! As CA. would be their base of operations in the US.
