MagicJack Unauthorized Billing Florida
This company charged my Visa Card $41.93 for a MagicJack that I neither ordereded or received. When calling them they advised me that the MagicJack was a 30 day free trial and that the free trial had expired. When discussing this by telephone, I asked to talk with a Superviser. . . they just hung up on me! The situation remains unresolved.

Let me be the first to tell you that they ARE NOT just pulling Names and Numbers out of thin air. It is MORE THEN LIKELY that you are a victim of identity theft. Given that you have not been wiped out one can safely assume its someone close to you. YOU need to get a new card and have your credit card company do a review of all your transactions. You may have been paying for someone else to live their life. Odds are that whomever made that purchase may have entered in their string of numbers incorrectly, a common mistake. If this is the case, since MajicJack IS NOT there in person to VALIDATE the information, you will have to disput this and see if you have actually been robbed or if this is just a mistake.
As MajicJack ONLY does communication through web chat, its kinda interesting that YOU were able to talk with a live person. If you would be so kind as to post the number you called for others.
