"What a great gift" I thought for my internationally traveling boyfriend. What a nightmare it has turned out to be. I ordered the magic Jack and the next day, I received an e-mail from them. It stated that my card was not allowing them to bill my account so they couldn't send the jack. I know that my credit card is valid so I couldn't understand the problem. It said to correct the problem by following a link that only had a card for me to fill out information for another credit card. It was nowhere to go or nothing else to do but fill this card out.

That aroused my suspicion. Instead of filling out the card, I scoured the magic jack site for a phone number. Never found one. I then called my credit card company to see if it had been billed. They told me that they had two transactions from magicJack pending totaling 93.80. I only ordered one. They had billed me for two.

I went back to the email from magic jack and questioned them and sent my phone number so they would call me back. Minutes later I got an email from magic jack service saying that that e-mail address had been discontinued and to click on another link that said the resources I'm looking forward could not be found then it forwards you to the main webpage with the inventor and his daughter.

Isn't there something that the Better Business Bureau can do or do I just sit back and take this as a lost. If they magic jack can do this now I wonder can they bill your account whenever. I closed this card and I'm waiting for my new one.
