It is unfortunately about you website experience with magicjack. I ordered 1 for my mom and 4 months later bought one for myself and didn't have a problem either time. Although you had a bad site experience, I am glad to see that you like the product. I absolutley love mine. I do miss not having a recording telling me that the number is no longer in service or a busy signal, but I do like saving $600.00 dollars a year for the next 5 years. I am sure the inventor is working on the 2 problems and I hope this will be resolved in the near future. It would be nice to have those 2 features back.
