Krystal: I lost my magic jack when I moved right after I purchased it about a year or two ago and I just found it when I moved again

Chen: Okay thank you for the information.

Krystal: So I activated it and was able to link it to my mobile phone but when I plugged it into the computer, it didn't work because it said my trial period was up

Chen: May I have the phone number assigned to your magicJack device please?

Krystal: So the only way to use it is to have to pay $30????

Chen: Do you wish to renew now?

Krystal: Not if I have to pay that much and I never really had a changce to use what I paid for

Krystal: I see, and I would but I'm not paying full price for another full year when I never used toe first one

Krystal: so I pretty much wasted my money buying this thing in the first place

Chen: I cannot give our information, we are not allowed to do that.

Krystal: then what is your id number

Krystal: but your are allowed to tell the customer things are their fault

Krystal: you do realize how horrible of customer service that is

Krystal: well, you probably don't or you wouldn't do it

Chen: if you still want to use the magicjack plus you need to renew the magicjack plus license for 1 year plan $35 USD, Krystal.

Krystal: if i was going to renew I am definitely not now! thanks so much for a horrible customer service experience

Krystal: i dont want anything to do with a company that employees that cares so little about their customers. i can understand i misplaced it, but it's all in how you speak to people. you really should take some additional training courses.

 WOW!! Talk about self entitled!!!! So the basis of your complaint is that THEY would not just give YOU a free year of service because YOU misplaced your device when you moved?? HOW IN ANY WAY IS THIS MAGICJACKS FAULT?!?!?! Oh wait!! ITS NOT!!!!!! YOU are a self entitled scammer. YOUR post is a complete waste of EVERYONES time. YOU have not been ripped off by MaGicjack. YOU tried to ripoff MagicJack and when YOU do not succeed in this action, YOU slander and defame them. Heres a thought...GROW THE HELL UP YOU CHILD!!! I cannot believe how stupid YOU really are. HOW can you sit there and make a demand that THEY give you free service?? YOU are the one who paid for the service and LOST the device. NOW several years later YOU find the device and EXPECT them to just give you a free year of service because YOU did not use the original time YOU purchased. IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY!!!!

Stupid needs to learn. I plan on forwarding YOUR post to MagicJack. Since YOU like to be dumb and make HIGHLY unrealistic demands. And since YOU feel its perfectly alright to slander and defame a business online because THEY did not give you your way. YOU need to learn a lesson. The only way people like YOU learn ANYTHING is when the consequences of your actions come back and bite you. THEY have MUCH BETTER lawyers then YOU. Enjoy the civil suit. Maybe they will leave you enough to go buy some Ramen Noodles. YOU need to learn that YOU are just not that important. Customer Service DOES NOT mean, bend over and let the customer screw you in the a*s. For THEM to give YOU customer Service, YOU need to be a customer first. And someone who isn't a scammer trying to get something for free. Consider yourself LUCKY!! You know since YOU gave THEM ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. I mean its NOT like YOU didn't give the whole world YOUR number. With THAT information alone a world of trouble can be caused for YOU.
